Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Data controller

This privacy notice is issued under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) by Burak Çakır, owner of dijitalburak.com, acting as data controller.

What data is processed and why

  • Email list: your name and email address, to send the newsletter and any files you request.
  • Contact form: your name, email, company name if given, and message, to reply to your request.
  • Technical records: IP address and browser information, kept for a limited time for security and abuse prevention.

Legal basis and transfers

Data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK on the basis of your explicit consent and legitimate interest. It is not shared with or sold to third parties other than the email service providers used for sending.

Retention

Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe; contact requests for up to 2 years; technical records for up to 1 year.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object. Send requests through the contact form; they are answered within 30 days.
